6. Paid Plans, Billing, and Subscriptions

WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ACCURATE, OR ERROR-FREE.

10. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, SAYGE WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, REVENUES, DATA, OR GOODWILL, ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE.

11. Indemnification

To the extent permitted by law, you agree to indemnify and hold harmless Sayge and its affiliates, officers, employees, and agents from any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) arising from or related to your use of the Service or your violation of these Terms.

12. Suspension and Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service if we reasonably believe you have violated these Terms or if necessary to protect the Service, users, or Sayge. You may stop using the Service at any time.
