Last updated: 11 February 2026
These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the website and services provided by Sayge Inc. ("Sayge", "we", "us", or "our") at https://www.sayge.app/(the "Service"). By accessing or using the Service, you agree to these Terms.
1. Eligibility
You may use the Service only if you can form a binding contract with us and are not prohibited from using the Service under applicable law.
2. Accounts
- Account security. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities under your account.
- Accurate information. You agree to provide accurate information and keep it up to date.
3. The Service
The Service may help you test, analyze, generate, or organize content and related outputs. The Service may change over time, and we may add, remove, or modify features.
4. Your Content
- Ownership. As between you and Sayge, you retain your rights in the content you submit to the Service ("Input").
- License to operate. You grant Sayge a limited license to host, process, transmit, and display your Input solely to provide and improve the Service and to enforce these Terms.
- Responsibility. You represent that you have the rights to provide your Input and that your Input does not violate applicable law or third-party rights.
5. Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
- Use the Service in a way that violates laws or regulations.
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service, accounts, or systems.
- Interfere with or disrupt the Service, including by probing or scanning for vulnerabilities.
- Upload malicious code, or use the Service to distribute malware.
- Reverse engineer or attempt to extract source code except where permitted by law.
- Use automated means to access the Service in a way that materially impacts its operation.
6. Paid Plans, Billing, and Subscriptions
- Fees. Some features may require payment. Prices, billing frequency, and plan details will be presented to you at checkout.
- Payment processing. Payments may be processed by third-party payment processors (such as Stripe or Alipay). Your use of those processors is subject to their respective terms.
- Recurring billing. Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing cycle (monthly or yearly) at the then-current rate. You authorize us (and our payment processors) to charge the applicable fee to your selected payment method on each renewal date until you cancel.
- Cancellation. You may cancel your subscription at any time through the Service or by contacting support@sayge.app. Once cancelled, your subscription will remain active until the end of the current billing period and will not renew.
- Refunds. Fees are generally non-refundable. However, if you believe a charge was made in error or resulted from an unauthorized transaction, you may submit a refund request to support@sayge.app within 30 days of the charge. We will review each request on a case-by-case basis and, at our sole discretion, may issue a full or partial refund.
- Taxes. You are responsible for applicable taxes unless otherwise stated.
7. Account Security and Unauthorized Transactions
- Your responsibility. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. Please use a strong password and enable any additional security features offered by the Service.
- Reporting unauthorized access. If you become aware of any unauthorized access to your account or any unauthorized transaction, you must notify us immediately at support@sayge.app.
- Investigation and compensation. Upon receiving a report of unauthorized access or an unauthorized transaction (including account takeover), we will investigate the incident by reviewing relevant logs and account activity. If we determine that an unauthorized transaction occurred due to account compromise and was not caused by your negligence, we will issue a refund for the affected charges in accordance with our internal risk assessment policy.
- Cooperation. To facilitate the investigation, you may be required to provide supporting information (e.g., details of the unauthorized activity, correspondence with your payment provider, or any relevant documentation).
8. Third-Party Services
The Service may integrate with or rely on third-party services (for example, hosting, analytics, storage, authentication, or payment providers). Your use of third-party services may be subject to their terms.
9. Intellectual Property
The Service, including its software, design, and content (excluding your Input), is owned by Sayge and its licensors and is protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, or lease any part of the Service except as expressly permitted by these Terms.

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, SAYGE DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ACCURATE, OR ERROR-FREE.
11. Limitation of Liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, SAYGE WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, REVENUES, DATA, OR GOODWILL, ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE.
12. Indemnification
To the extent permitted by law, you agree to indemnify and hold harmless Sayge and its affiliates, officers, employees, and agents from any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising from or related to your use of the Service or your violation of these Terms.
13. Suspension and Termination
We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service if we reasonably believe you have violated these Terms or if necessary to protect the Service, users, or Sayge. You may stop using the Service at any time.
